[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, as to Defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if all the Defendants were not authorized to handle narcotics, they dealt with psychotropic drugs-related Mebanes (hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) as follows:

1. Defendant A
A. On October 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.18 grams from F to KRW 300,000,000,000,000 from Emphon at the Embel parking lot located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and thereafter purchased approximately KRW 2.08gg of philon over seven occasions from December 27, 2014, as shown in the List of Crimes (1).
B. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones on nine occasions as shown in the list of crimes (2) as shown in the attached Table of the crime committed in attached Table (2) during the period from October 30, 2014 to December 30, 2014, prior to a man who was unable to know his/her full name through G, which is the Internet same-sex website, and a man who is unable to identify his/her full name, and a man who diversizes approximately 0.03g philophones into his/her arms by dilutioning them into water.
C. At around 17:50 on December 30, 2014, the Defendant possessed approximately 1.5 g of phiphones at the guest room No. 107 of the EM. 107.
2. Defendant B
A. At around 18:00 on February 18, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with F, sold KRW 200,000,00 to a person who is unable to know the name of approximately 0.3g of opopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopon from F before the Iopopopopopopon in Jongno-gu Seoul. (2) On February 20, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with F, sold KRW 0.3gopopopopopopop from F to a person whose name cannot be known.
B. On January 2015, the Defendant administered philophone medication by means of dilution the volume of philophones into one-time stuffing unit in Jongno-gu Seoul Police Officer J, and inserting them into one-time stuffing unit.
C. On February 25, 2015, the Defendant holding philophones included approximately 0.76g of philophones in the exit of subway M 2 located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City L in two for a single-time injection machine.
