1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. At around 06:20 on July 23, 201, B: (a) driven a DB franchise (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) owned by C and proceeded along one lane of the front road located in Chungcheongnam-gun E, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) Defendant A, who was driving along two lanes, was running along the two-lanes; (c) impacted on the left-hand side of the G tank LAWS car (hereinafter “Defendant A”); (d) the part of the Plaintiff’s front-hand driver’s car driving along three-lanes on the front-hand part of the Plaintiff’s operation (hereinafter “victim”) resulting in the instant accident that led to the back of the damaged vehicle by shocking the left-hand part of the Plaintiff’s I CostF vehicle (hereinafter “victim”).
B. The Plaintiff entered into an automobile insurance contract with B, which includes a special agreement on accident security by non-insurance with respect to his own J Vehicles. Under the above insurance contract, the Plaintiff paid 1,95,480 won to K, which is the victim of the instant accident, 121,770 won to L, 1,670,440 won to N, 21,80,790 won to P, and 12,660,820,360 won to P, and 102,820,360 won to H, and 4,302,00 won for the repair of the damaged vehicle, and 40,000 won for the repair of the Defendant vehicle, and 145,916,240 won for the repair of the Defendant vehicle.
C. The Korean Federation of Cargo Trucking Services is a mutual aid business entity that has entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant L&S.

2. The parties' assertion
A. The plaintiff's assertion that the defendant A driven the defendant's vehicle as an employee of Ael SP Co., Ltd., according to his work instruction.
