Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, while operating the Kim Processing Factory (hereinafter referred to as the “instant factory”) with the trade name of D by leasing a factory in Seo-gu Incheon, installed a dumwa (referring to an elevator for small cargo without human being aboard, and a dumwawater installed by the Defendant was installed by an external operation in the form of a car in front and rear without door in the front and rear part of the factory; hereinafter referred to as the “dumwater of this case”) and then occupies and uses it up to the present day after installing a dumwa (referring to an elevator for small cargo without human being aboard).
