A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 00:43% of blood alcohol concentration 0.106%, and was issued a summary order of KRW 6 million in the Suwon District Court on June 15, 2020 due to the above criminal facts.
