A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is the mother of the injured party C (the age of 29) and the mother of the injured party C (the age of 29) from October 2014, began living together on the premise of marriage and was in de facto marital relationship, and was living together in the injured party and D and Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul E.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On February 22, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 12:00 on February 22, 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had the victim take a shoulder in the said apartment room where the Defendant and the victim reside; and (b) had the victim cover the shoulder, etc., left the victim at a right angle against the floor; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was related to the victim, immediately upper part of the said part on the floor of the hand, with his/her clothes.

On March 16, 2016, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a quasi-indecent act by force in relation to relatives), entered the said apartment house where the victim was locked by drinking alcohol around the new wall and returned home, and the victim locked away from the above apartment house, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s right to sleep and panty, by taking the hand together after the victim’s escape into the victim’s sleep and panty, and by taking the hand alone into the victim’s finger,

3. On May 7, 2016, around 14:00 on May 7, 2016, the injured Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim as referred to in paragraph (2) at the apartment living room in the above apartment building; (b) committed an indecent act against the victim’s family members; (c) divided the victim’s spathro, breath, and divided the victim’s spath, and boomed the victim’s spath; and (d) inflicted an injury such as the pain on the un
