1. Defendant in the distribution schedule prepared on June 8, 2016 by the above court in the Youngcheon District Court Young Branch D and E (combined) auction cases.

The premise is that the provisional attachment registration was completed on August 3, 2009 by Defendant B filed an application for provisional attachment of the claimed amount of KRW 180,000,000 won on April 28, 2010 for provisional attachment of KRW 79,000,000,000,000,000 won on August 3, 2009, and Defendant C applied for provisional attachment of KRW 2010,000,000,000,000,000 won on April 28, 2010.

Defendant B filed a loan claim lawsuit against the instant company and I under the Gangnam District Court Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Office 2010 Ga173 on June 3, 2010. The said court rendered a judgment jointly and severally against Defendant B, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 1, 2010, with respect to the amount of KRW 168 million and KRW 150 million, which is calculated by the rate of 2% per month from February 1, 2010 to the date of full payment.

Defendant C filed a lawsuit against the instant company seeking loans from Youngcheon District Court, Youngcheon Branch 2010Kadan3211, and during the course of the lawsuit, Defendant C paid to Defendant C the amount of 79 million won and 24% interest per annum from August 31, 2008 to the date of full payment. The decision of recommending settlement on August 13, 2010 became final and conclusive on September 1, 2010, stating that “The instant company shall pay to Defendant C the amount of 79 million won and interest per annum from August 31, 2008 to the date of full payment.”

Defendant B’s provisional seizure was revoked on May 17, 201, while Defendant C’s provisional seizure was revoked on July 27, 2011, respectively.

On May 8, 2014, a new bank, which had a prior mortgage over the land and the buildings on the ground among the instant real estate, applied for a voluntary auction to Chuncheon District Court Young-gu branch D, which had been subject to voluntary auction. The decision of voluntary auction was rendered on May 8, 2014.
