1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant of the crime related to the gambling site was willing to take charge of the production, provision, and management of the gambling site, and the Defendant intended to take charge of the role of operating the gambling site by purchasing the gambling site from D from the developer of the gambling site based on the entertainment program (if a gambling user connects to the gambling site and setting the sports betting conditions and amount, etc., then the gambling user automatically proceeds from the gambling site). B. After having been arrested by D around November 15, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime related to the gambling site, the “C” as described in the said paragraph was closed, the Defendant had the intent to work on the entire board of the Internet gambling site.
