1. The defendant, as the representative of the plaintiff clan, has no representative authority to file the lawsuit of this case, and thus, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful, and the defendant first examines it.

A. The representative of a clan of the relevant legal principles shall be elected according to the rules or special practices of the clan, and if so, the head of the clan or the head of the clan shall convene a general meeting of the members of the clan and elect them by a majority of the members present.
