1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 34,141,095 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from June 14, 2014 to October 16, 2015 for the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The facts following the facts of the recognition do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized in full view of the statements in Gap evidence 1-1, 2, 3, and 2-1, 2-2, 3, 5-1, 5-2, and 5-2, and witness testimony in part of the witness C, and there is no counter-proof.
