1. Defendant A., equivalent to the money that orders the payment under the judgment of the court of first instance.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Seoul Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, on December 30, 2005, designated a total of 200,557 square meters of land of HJ in Seodaemun-gu as an “I promotion district” under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, and the land of 3,940 square meters in JJ in the said district was designated as a “K Urban Environment Improvement Zone (hereinafter “instant improvement zone”); 2) A Urban Environment Improvement Association Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”) was organized to promote the improvement project within the instant improvement zone, and was approved by the committee for the establishment of an association from the Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on December 1, 2006.
3) Defendant B was the person who was the president of the instant promotion committee from June 2008 to July 2009; Defendant C was the auditor of the instant promotion committee around the same time; Defendant D, E, F, and G were the promoters of the instant promotion committee around the same time. B. Within the instant improvement zone where the design service contract was concluded, the basic development plan for newly constructing buildings, such as five stories below ground, 20 stories above ground, 30,339 square meters below ground, business facilities of 30,039 square meters below ground, and multi-unit housing, was established. However, the instant promotion committee was established on June 30, 2008 to expand the size of the instant improvement zone and revise the construction plan (hereinafter “instant design service contract”).
