The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, it is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted each of the frauds in the attached Table 1 of the judgment below among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning and to find the guilty guilty.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the intent in fraud, deception, and the relationship between deception and disposal, or the exclusion of illegally collected evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
