Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2013, at around 07:45, the Defendant driven C Poter under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.096% of blood alcohol content at a section of approximately 1km in front of the Yangsan University Hospital located in the So-Eup of the water in order to find out the trade name located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si.
