Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2019, at around 21:10, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the front side of Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, “A person who fescence to persons who are under the influence of alcohol” and received a 112 report and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, by assaulting, such as questioning the circumstances of the instant case by the slope E affiliated with the Dobbbbbbs in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Police Station Down-gu, which called “Is,” and gathering the Defendant’s new attack; and (b) harming the police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes by assaulting the F’s left side.
