Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 01:40 on May 16, 2020, while she had a dispute with the victim D (Inn, 54 years of age) within Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building C, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s chest by spreading hot coffees contained in the paper cup, thereby causing a video that could not know the number of days of treatment on the victim’s chest part.
