On November 23, 2018, the Defendant is a person subject to the registration of personal information on September 26, 2019, which was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the crime of indecent act by force at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch branch on November 23, 201.

A person subject to the registration of personal information shall submit basic personal information to the head of a competent police agency within 30 days after the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit the basic personal information to the head of the competent police office until October 26, 2019.
