Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From June 7, 2018, the defendant was an employee of the victim C in Gwangju Mine-gu, who had been engaged in business such as receiving accommodation expenses from customers.

On September 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 15,00 in cash from an unsatisfying guest with the name and unsatisfying guest to the above conference; and (b) received cash 15,000 won for accommodation expenses from the victim; and (c) used the said money in mind nine times through nine times in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, such as embezzlement of the said money by means of a credit card cancellation on the said accommodation expenses, and consumption it for the conference expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
