A. Defendant C is the Seoul Western District Court’s Eunpyeong Branch.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B newly constructed a F multi-household house on the ground of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu (hereinafter “instant house”) and completed registration of initial ownership on October 27, 2010. The fourth floor of the instant house is only 401 and 402, and the current building status attached to the collective building register is 402 heading on the right side and 401 heading on the left side when considering the current building status attached to the registration of initial ownership and the current building status attached to the collective building register.

B. On December 31, 2010, the Plaintiff, upon the sale from Defendant B, prepared a sales contract on the instant housing 401 square meters (exclusive use area of 59.97 square meters), and G and Defendant C drafted a sales contract on the instant housing 402 square meters on March 16, 201.

C. On February 18, 2011, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 401 square meters (exclusive use area of 59.97 square meters) of the instant housing, and completed the registration of creation of a mortgage over KRW 150 million with respect to Gyeong Agricultural Cooperative on the same day.

G and Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer each of 1/2 shares on the instant housing 402 square meters (exclusive area 59.95 square meters), which is real estate listed in the separate sheet, in accordance with Article 16512 of the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Western District Court’s receipt on March 29, 201. On the same day, the registration of ownership transfer was completed for Defendant C and the maximum debt amount of KRW 195 million to the Defendant Gwangju Gwangju Saemaeul Community Depository.

E. On March 23, 2012, the Seoul Western District Court: (a) registered the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant C, his children H, and I on June 12, 2012 with respect to the said shares by inheritance on March 23, 2012; (b) completed the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant C, his children H, and I on April 23, 2013 on the ground of inheritance due to the division by agreement as of April 23, 2013 of the same registry; (c) as of May 2, 2013, Defendant C completed the registration of the change of ownership as to the entire shares of G

F. The instant housing 401 and 402 are different in structure, size, etc., and the instant housing b.

The plaintiff is residing in the place indicated as 401 on the port of 401 and 401.
