Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for robbery and three years and six months of imprisonment for rape, etc. by the Seoul High Court, and completed the enforcement of the above sentence on January 6, 2016. On January 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for an injury and completed the enforcement of the above sentence on July 6, 2016.

1. On December 24, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime (special larceny) on December 24, 2016, around December 22:2:2:26, 2016, the Defendant removed a crime prevention window on the window in front of the victim D’s house located in the Seoul Southern-gu C and 101, thereby destroying it by means of breaking it, and infringed on the window through the window, and then cut it with 3:20,000 won in cash owned by the victim who was in the head of the cremation of the cremation.

3. On May 25, 2017, the Defendant acquired a copy of Samsung Card lost by the victim I in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong 299, Bupyeong-gu around May 25, 2017, around May 25, 2017.

The Defendant embezzled Samsung Card acquired as above without following necessary procedures, such as reporting it to the police authorities or returning it to the victim.

4. A thief (thief) Defendant on July 17, 2017 shall be punished by committing a crime on July 17, 2017 in Incheon around July 17, 2017.
