Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant B, the same shall apply for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants violated the Food Sanitation Act (unreported portion of the general restaurant business) decided to operate a general restaurant with the trade name “E” in Kimpo-si D.

A person who intends to operate a general restaurant business shall be equipped with legitimate facilities and make a report to the competent authority. However, the Defendants conspired to sell kings, fishing gear, knife, knife, finites, and alcoholic beverages from August 25, 2013 to November 201, with approximately 150 square meters in the above “E” restaurant facilities without reporting to the competent authority.
