A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is a public duty personnel serving in the Busan Geum-gu B basin, was not present at each of the Defendant’s work places from around October 30, 2012 to around December 27, 2012 (one day), around November 6, 2012 (one day), around November 23, 2012 (one day), around November 28, 2012 (one day), around December 10, 2012 (one day), around December 12, 2012; and (2) from around December 26, 2012 to around December 27, 2012; (1) from around December 31, 2012 to around December 31, 2012 (one day); and (2) from around November 23, 2013 to around December 23, 2017 (one day).

Accordingly, the defendant left his service for not less than 8 days without justifiable grounds.
