1. The part concerning the principal lawsuit in the judgment of the court of first instance shall be modified as follows:

The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim).

1. Basic facts

A. On March 15, 1979, the Plaintiff’s attached network D completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to E large 1,104 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).
