1. Basic facts

A. On March 4, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into an intermediate wholesaler trade agreement (hereinafter “instant intermediate wholesaler trade agreement”) with the Defendant designating the Defendant as an intermediary wholesaler (D No) of the joint wholesale market located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and entered into an additional agreement thereafter. In addition, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant on the use of fishery products sales store (hereinafter “instant sales store”) as to the stores listed in Paragraph (1) of the main sentence of the instant sales market located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Y-gun, by setting the contract period between the Defendant and the Defendant until October 28, 2014; and the store user fee was KRW 1,760,000 per year (in advance and in advance); and the Defendant, at the instant sales store, engaged in the wholesale business of fishery products among the stores listed in Paragraph (1) of the main sentence of the instant sales store.
