A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2016, at around 22:10, the Defendant opened a steel gate and intruded into the house of the victim C, which was located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and then obstructed the stolen objects from the warehouse adjacent to the entrance, and then escaped from the victim after hearing sound, thereby resulting in an attempted crime.
