Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from Busan District Court on October 2, 2014 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) from the Busan District Court, on July 26, 2019, the Defendant driven D AW-lurd-pured vehicle under the influence of alcohol, which is about about 20km from the infinite-si (hereinafter referred to as the "SAW-si") to the front side of the B apartment-dong, Busan District Court from July 26, 2019 to the 0.046% of blood alcohol concentration.

In light of the defendant's blood alcohol concentration and operational route at the time of the crime of this case, the defendant's age, character and behavior and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, the punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking into account the conditions of sentencing as shown in the argument of this case, such as the circumstances after the crime, etc.
