Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall make any sudden braking, such as making a sudden stop of the motor vehicle or reducing the speed of the motor vehicle, unless he/she intends to prevent any danger and it is inevitable.

On April 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was driving a bus C; (b) while driving the bus from the jurisdiction of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to the military direction; (c) around 19:20, the Defendant was driving the bus from the jurisdiction of the Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (d) on the ground that the intercity bus No. 370 for passengers getting on and off at the bus stops due to the delay in the course of the bus stopping for passengers getting on and off at the bus stops, the Defendant was passing the bus of the victim by using two lanes from the long distance to the long distance; and (d) was passing the bus for exclusive use of the bus; and (e) was driving the bus again before the bus of the victim; and (e) was driven for about five minutes after

Accordingly, the defendant, without any special reason, operated two times in front of the city bus of the victim, thereby threatening the victim and causing danger to the traffic.
