Basic Facts

- The Defendant is a stock company established on July 13, 2004 for the purpose of manufacturing and selling clothes, and “C” (hereinafter “local company of this case”) is a stock company established in the GIC by the Defendant investing USD 10 million in U.S. currency.

- The Plaintiff, under the trade name of “D”, supplied goods to the instant local company as a person engaging in wholesale business of agricultural and fishery products, fishery products, etc.
