A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

ㅋㅋ 선 주사 가야지

ㅋㅋ” 라는 글을 작성하고 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. On May 3, 2017, the Defendant used assaulting the victim’s chest on one occasion in a dispute, among the cases where the Defendant requested a return of the books borrowed from the front corridor of the F Office located on the third floor of the building in D and E company, at large 06:40 on May 3, 2017.

Around 07:00 on May 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a smoking victim on the first floor in front of the above office; and (b) took the dangerous appearance, which is a dangerous object being able to take the victim’s face on one occasion; and (c) caused injury to the victim, on the face of a part of the inner part and the thale in need of three weeks of medical treatment.
