The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 2, 2020, with respect to the instant real estate owned by the Plaintiff, a sales contract consisting of KRW 330,000,000,000 (20,000,000,000,000,000, which was written by the Defendants in the buyer column, was entered in the seller column, and the remainder KRW 310,00,000,00 was entered in the contract.
In the above sales contract, the receipter of KRW 20,00,000, the Plaintiff’s seal impression is affixed on the side of the statement “Large D,” and the Plaintiff’s seal impression is affixed on the side of the Plaintiff’s name. On the side of the seller’s name, the Plaintiff’s seal impression is affixed on the side of the seller’s agent name. Under that, the seller’s agent’s signature and seal is affixed to the seller’s agent’s agent’s name, and the latter is signed and sealed by the representative of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office who arranged it on the lower side.
On the other hand, the above sales contract is accompanied by a letter of delegation with the seal imprint affixed by the plaintiff's seal imprint affixed to D on the same day, a certificate of the plaintiff's personal seal impression issued at the plaintiff's request, and a copy of the plaintiff's resident registration certificate.
(hereinafter the above sales contract is “the instant sales contract,” and the pertinent contract is “the instant sales contract.”
The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant real estate by the Seoul Western District Court No. 10542, Jan. 20, 2020, by reason of the instant sales contract, as the Seoul Western District Court’s registration No. 10542.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion D without obtaining any authority from the Plaintiff, and thus, the instant sales contract, etc. between the Plaintiff and the Defendants is null and void.
Therefore, the Defendants should cancel the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the instant real estate which is null and void for the Plaintiff.
3. Determination
(a) In cases where the transfer of ownership is completed with respect to real estate, the nominal owner of the registration;
