1. The defendant shall pay 160,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 19% per annum from May 9, 2012 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, lent KRW 520,342,00 to the Defendant on May 9, 2012; KRW 6.8% per annum on the interest on loans used by the Busan Savings Bank Co., Ltd.; interest rate of KRW 19% per annum; and maturity of payment on December 31, 2012. However, the Defendant, despite the Plaintiff’s demand for payment on several occasions, failed to pay up to the present date; thus, the Defendant sought payment of the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 160,00,000 per annum from May 9, 2012 to the date of full payment.
