Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven a balp XD car at approximately 0.072% alcohol level in the direction of the original center located in the 781-12 of the Gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from the front side of the 2km-dong, to the front road of the original center for residents living in the Gu.
