The defendant is the representative director of the company C in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who runs housing management business and sanitary management service business using 20 full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and other valuables, and retirement allowances within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
