1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiffs each of KRW 200,000 and each of them shall be annually from February 4, 2013 to September 24, 2013.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs are members of the private taxi association in Gwangju-si, and private taxi business operators. (i) The promotion committee is established and call service is provided.
B. On February 13, 2008, the corporation, the corporation, the individual taxi driver, and the individual taxi driver established the FO Promotion Committee (Article 1 of the articles of incorporation of the Promotion Committee provides that the name is referred to as the "FP Call Center Steering Committee"; hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Committee") and recruited its members, and entered into a call control system contract with the F Qu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "F Q") on February 19, 2008 with subsidies from Gwangju City.

B. (i) The structure and characteristics of the call control system of this case, if a call service provider (FR) automatically enters the location of a customer into a computer when a customer wants to use a taxi using a call number, the call control system of this case requests a difference to the vehicle nearest to the customer’s location automatically.
The method of vehicle dispatch is a designated vehicle in the best condition with a customer and a competitive vehicle in which the vehicle is displayed to the nearest vehicle among the vehicles requesting approval by making a request for a vehicle dispatch on all vehicles within a certain radius.
For the purpose of speedy distribution, the call control system of this case collected the location information of all the vehicle of the call service members at one minute intervals, stored the data in the joint server located in the KTDC Center, and used the collected location information by the customer when communicating.
