A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person working as an engineer for Kwikset Service, Inc., Kwikset Service Company, and C was his father's interest corporation D (hereinafter "the above company"), and the Defendant completed his service duty around November 1, 2010 and completed work hours around the new wall and the next day from November 2, 2010 to May 5, 2010 of the new wall, while he was working in a drinking state after drinking alcohol, and was working in a drinking state, from around the same day at around 09:15, around the same day, the Defendant was suffering from a traffic accident near the Sungyangdong-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, while he was suffering from a traffic accident, but he was registered as the above company, and the Defendant conspiredd with the victim and the victim's welfare benefits and the Defendant claimed compensation for injury to the Defendant due to occupational disaster.

1. The Defendant conspireds with C to obtain medical care benefits and business suspension benefits (joint crime between the Defendant and C). The fact is that the Defendant was registered as an employee of the said company even though the Defendant did not have any other kind of duties in the said company, C, using the fact that the Defendant was living in the said company, prepared all the documents necessary for applying for industrial accident compensation, such as preparing false documents, such as a confirmation document, by pretending the traffic accident while carrying out the said company’s business, and prepared the documents. On November 18, 2010, the Defendant applied for medical care benefits to the Vice Governor of the Victim Labor Welfare Corporation, the 558th floor of the building, as sent by Songpa-gu, Seoul, and applied for temporary closure benefits from around December 16, 2010 to the Vice Governor of the Victim Labor Welfare Corporation, which is located in the 558th floor of the said building, and around January 26, 2011, from the person in charge of the said victim’s business to the Seoul Central Hospital by not later than 9,180,50,531.
