Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14:08, 2017, the Defendant driving a BF Soon car, driving a new 68-lane in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and driving a new 68-lane in front of the front door of the Gyeyang-gu Police Station at the Donyang Police Station, the left left-hand turn from among four-lanes in front of the Gyeyang-gu to the shooting distance of the Gyeyang Police Station at the Donyangyang Police Station, and kid the center line installed with a yellow de facto line (du) in violation of traffic classification.

In light of the following circumstances, the credibility of a police officer’s statement is recognized.

The photographs taken from the front door of the Gyeyang Police Station (Evidence No. 42-43 of the evidence record) shows that the front wheels was taken in the vicinity of the speed limit in order to keep the end line of the vehicle at a place where both the end line of the main set comes straight, the street number and the driver look at the front of the vehicle, and the location of the speed limit and the stop line (Evidence No. 44 of the evidence record). However, in this position, the yellow light as well as the driving seat seems to be sufficient.

In addition, the left-hand turn and the yellow solid line are not supported because of the fall of the upper part of the road surface "on the right-hand part of the pedestrian state" before the speed is set to one speed prevention base.

In this location, yellow solid lines have already been entered the front field.

The Defendant’s photograph (Evidence No. 40-41 of the evidence record) submitted by the Defendant does not show yellow solid lines. However, there is a difference between the location from the stop line or speed prevention column of the motion picture and the location where the police at the time had been in order to turn to the left at the right door, and the police statement is submitted to the impeachment.
