1. It is confirmed that the ownership of 1/2 shares in each of the 365 square meters of D forest land in Sung-si is against the Plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 5, 1964, G land (hereinafter “the instant F forest”) was divided into G on September 5, 1964, and the relevant cadastral record was restored on April 1, 1967, and there is no existing forestry map.

B. On April 14, 1983, the forest land of this case was divided into the mother land of this case and the forestry map was prepared.

On December 1, 2005, the defendant completed on April 29, 2004 the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance by division with respect to the forest land of this case.

On March 2, 2012, the Plaintiffs completed the registration of transfer of ownership on February 22, 2012, with respect to each of the shares of 1/2 out of the instant F forest land.

E. On March 31, 2017, no forestry map exists with regard to the instant F forest on behalf of the Plaintiffs. On the other hand, the Plaintiff asserted that there exists a separate cadastral record and a certified copy of the pertinent F forest, despite the instant forest and its location and area are substantially identical or included in the instant F forest, and that there was an application for the preparation of a forestry map with regard to the instant F forest and the cancellation of the official cadastral record concerning the instant D forest (hereinafter “instant application”). F. The Purpose City sent the instant application as follows on April 20, 2017 (hereinafter “instant reply”). The civil petition response - F and D are divided into G on September 5, 1964 and April 14, 1983 (hereinafter “forest register”).

- The F was prepared on September 5, 1964 by the resolution of arranging the movement of the cadastral books and divided in G, but it is presumed that the reorganization of the forestry map was omitted ( currently the absence of the current F forestry map), and D was divided from G on April 14, 1983 and drafted with an intention of the Forestry Register and Forest.

- F There is a forest ledger, but there is no forestry map, and is currently F in terms of the original surveying of forest subdivision conducted in 1967.
