1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 22,146,508, Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C respectively; and (b) each of them on June 13, 2013.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship between the parties 1) On June 11, 2013, Plaintiff A (E) was an employee upon receipt of a request from the Defendant from the Defendant to engage in assembly works related to the sn beam beam line in the construction site of the warehouse located in YY-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun. Plaintiff B and Plaintiff C are the parents of Plaintiff A, the Defendant is a parent of Plaintiff A, the Defendant engaged in a mutual housing construction business, etc., and the supply and demand of the above warehouse construction work. (2) The content of the construction performed by the Defendant upon receipt of a contract is a prefabricated-type construction of 2 logistics warehouses, with 14 meters wide and 35 meters long of 35 meters long of H beam columns installed at two lines with the h beam beam columns (roline) connected with the upper part of the H beam beam columns in h beam-gun-gun, and was assembled with the roof structure and completed a panel covering the roof and the wall.
B.
