Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2013, the Defendant attended a regular meeting of the council of occupants' representatives of apartments under the influence of alcohol at the second floor of the council of occupants' representatives of the same ducheon-si B apartment management office.
