The grounds of appeal are examined.

For reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment on the grounds that there is no evidence of a crime as to defamation against the Defendants on November 11, 2010 among the facts charged in the instant case, and sentenced the Defendants not guilty, and upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that there is no evidence of a crime.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the record, we affirm the above determination, and there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on defamation.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
