Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the following modifications: thus, they are quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Each part of the judgment of the first instance court, which revised, changed to “a delivery to the H, who is the workplace watch, and requests the correction, of the written judgment of the first instance,” “a delivery to the lower-class driver among the workplace watch so that he/she can attend the vehicle of this case on the following day,” which changed to “a delivery to the lower-class driver, who requested the request, so that he/she can attend the vehicle of this case.”

The 5th through 16th of the judgment of the first instance shall be deleted.

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
