【Criminal Facts】

On July 14, 2019, at around 21:53, the Defendant driven an Estststy motor vehicle at a section of about 700 meters from the roads near the Gu C, to the front road in the Ansan-si, during a while under the influence of alcohol of 0.034% of blood alcohol level.

Accordingly, the defendant has driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
