Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants and C are high school alumnis, D is the mother of C, and E is the father of C.

1. Crimes against C;

A. On July 12, 2018, the Defendants, such as a computer, etc., conspired to conduct a small-sum settlement of KRW 100,000 to the victim’s mobile phone by obtaining a cell phone from the victim and inputting the victim’s personal information, authentication number, etc. using the victim’s cell phone after obtaining a cell phone from the victim’s mobile phone and obtaining a small-sum settlement of KRW 1,372,680, total amount of KRW 33 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, on the ground that the Defendants conspired to conduct a small-sum settlement of KRW 1,372,680.

As a result, the Defendants acquired financial benefits equivalent to 1,372,680 won in total by inputting information into computers and other information processing devices without authority.

B. Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) jointly and on September 10, 2018, on the grounds that the victim C is avoiding contact with the Defendants on the alleyway side of Busan Jin-gu I on September 10, 2018, Defendant B, as drinking, has three times the lines of the victim, and five times the left knick with drinking, and Defendant A, as drinking, appears to be “suspects” as written in the written indictment of the victim as the clerical error of the victim, thereby correcting it ex officio.

In the case of violence, six times the right bucks were used.

2. On July 24, 2018, the Defendants conspired with the Defendant to use the computers, etc. of D, etc. on the victim’s cell phone by causing C to go off the victim’s mobile phone from GPC bank located in Busan District, Busan District on July 24, 2018, and then purchasing the victim’s mobile phone and inputting the victim’s personal information, authentication number, etc. using the victim’s mobile phone without the victim’s permission, and making the victim’s mobile phone pay a small sum of KRW 2,482,70,00 in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
