Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) and is engaged in driving motor vehicles B i40.
On April 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.126% from blood transfusion around 00:10 on April 23, 2016, and led 2,000,000,000,000 in front of the two roads, which come in accordance with the power rate of Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Hongyang-gu.
Since there is a crosssection in the front section, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving a vehicle in the front section with due care to a person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle and due care to keep the flow of the vehicle in the front section.

2. On the day specified in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant driven a vehicle B 140 under the influence of alcohol level 0.126% from the 3km section of blood alcohol level from the front of the public parking lot in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front of the 2nd road.
