The Defendant is a worker B.

The defendant had a mind to steal part of the bathing expenses, etc. paid to customers in Busan Southern-gu B Track by using the gap in which the victim C, who is the owner of the business, was in his place in Busan-gu B Kackter.

1. On December 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen an amount equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, which is kept in the UAS, by inserting it in his/her Handphone case; (b) around 09:32, 201.

2. On December 16, 16:22 of the same year, the Defendant thefted KRW 50,000,000,000, which was kept in the UAE, by inserting it into his own Australia.

3. On December 17, 199, the Defendant stolen KRW 8,000 in cash in the same manner as described in paragraph 2, around 06:40 of the same year.

4. On December 19, 199:32 of the same year, the Defendant stolen KRW 50,000 in cash in the same manner as described in paragraph 2.

5. The Defendant stolen 50,000 won in cash in the same manner as described in paragraph 2, around December 22, 22 of the same year.

6. On December 24, 200 of the same year, the Defendant stolen KRW 12,00 in cash in the same manner as described in paragraph 2, around 09:09.

7. On December 25, 25 of the same year, at around 19:48, the Defendant stolen 50,000 won per sheet and 60,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won, in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (2).
