The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case based on the victim's statement, although the victim E's statement in the grounds of appeal is inconsistent and it is contrary to the objective circumstances at the time of the case (the defendant's fault injury) and it is not trustable as it is, there is an error of law by misunderstanding the facts

2. The court below duly adopted and examined the following circumstances, i.e., ① the victim first submitted to the investigative agency: (a) the victim stated in the statement that “the victim was faced with the defendant's horse dispute; (b) the defendant was faced with her head by drinking the victim; (c) at the time of the police investigation, the victim took the shoulder of the victim; and (d) the defendant returned from the vehicle on board with the victim; (d) the victim was able to make the victim’s head by hand; and (e) the victim was able to take the victim’s head by hand; and (e) the victim was able to take the victim’s head at the time of the investigation; and (e) the victim was able to take the victim’s head by hand; and (e) the victim was able to take the victim’s head again to take the head by hand; and (e) the victim was able to take the victim’s head by two or three times again; and (e) the victim was able to take the victim’s head by two or more.”
