A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. No foreigner who enters the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa for the purpose of establishing the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and passing through tourism in violation of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City shall move

Nevertheless, in order to punish money in Korea as a foreigner of Chinese nationality, the Defendant paid 60,000 won to the Broker in Chinese name (per KRW 10,000,000). On January 23, 2015, the Defendant left the Republic of Korea by using an aircraft in the Pdong Airport of China and entered the Jeju-si Airport of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa for entry into the Jeju-Governing Province of 2, Jeju, without obtaining permission for extension of sojourn area. On January 28, 2015, the Defendant was moving to another area of the Republic of Korea by leaving the UV car in the Brok port located in Jeju-do through an unfrokering port through an unfroshing port in Jeju-do and Busan through an unfrokering port in Busan.

2. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period.

On January 23, 2015, the defendant was granted the status of stay for tourism (B-2-2, Jeju Non-Party Nos. 1) to which Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa for the purpose of tourism, and the 30-day period of stay for tourism (B-2, Jeju Non-Party No. 1) to which Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has been restricted for tourism,

2. Until March 28, 2018, Korea was staying in the Republic of Korea without departure until March 28, 2018.
