A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) Any person who violates the Act on the Protection, etc. of Temporary Agency Workers shall not be provided with labor for temporary placement services from a person who has not obtained permission for temporary work agency business, and shall not be provided with labor for direct production processes of the manufacturing

2. A person who intends to engage in defendant B temporary work agency business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Employment and Labor, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and shall not engage in direct production process work business;

As described in the paragraph, the government dispatched G, H, and I to the packaging work, which is the direct production process of F (State) without obtaining permission from temporary work agency business.
