The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of the facts) is as follows: (a) the date and time stated in the facts of the crime as indicated in the judgment of the court below; and (b) the time and time when the victim first takes the defendant at the place of drinking, and the body of the victim in order to avoid this; (c) the head of the defendant was only faced with the victim’s face; and (d) the defendant did not have an intention to injure the victim; and

2. In full view of the facts stated in the judgment of the court below that: (a) there was an intentional injury on the part of the Defendant; and (b) there was an intentional injury on the part of the Defendant; and (c) there was an intentional injury on the part of the Defendant; and (d) there was an error in the judgment of the court below that there was an error of mistake of facts, as alleged by the Defendant, as alleged by the Defendant, in light of these statements, the Defendant did not appear to have been unilaterally abused from the damaged person; (b) the name of the victim’s injury diagnosis due to the assault in this case was in pellet, face, and the degree and degree of the injury was consistent with the criminal facts that the Defendant received as his head.

Therefore, we cannot accept the defendant's above assertion.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
