Punishment of the crime

around 14:00 on October 22, 2015, the Defendant interfered with traffic by making a hacker of about 4 meters on the steel-rein concrete bridge (4m, 50m in length) located in the 536m-ri-ri of the law, connected to the two sides of the bridge at the entrance of the bridge. The Defendant interfered with traffic by making the hacker, a small person, a site for public traffic at the entrance of the general public.
