1. The defendant shall calculate the amount of KRW 10 million to the plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the cause of the claim Nos. 1 and 4, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant on June 19, 2013, setting the sales price of KRW 1,689 square meters prior to Gyeonggi-gun C on June 19, 2013 as KRW 100,000,000 and June 19, 2013, and issued the registration document related to the transfer of ownership on the same day to the Defendant, and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land on June 24, 2014.

The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the purchase price of KRW 100 million according to the sales contract and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day immediately following the delivery date

2. The defendant's assertion asserts that the defendant concluded the instant sales contract and paid the purchase price in full to the plaintiff.

However, since there is no evidence to acknowledge the defendant's assertion, the defendant's assertion is rejected.
