Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 18, 2020, from around 02:35 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant was spiting the victim C in Kimhae-si, who spits tobacco at the entrance floor of the restaurant where he works as an employee, and spits tobacco, and was demanded by the said victim to do so, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance by spiting “the same sound as bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. At around 03:00 on the date specified in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) took an cafeteria employee C of the said restaurant, the victim’s volunteer police officer assistant F, Gman, police officers on the victim’s name, and the victim’s 4-5 passengers on the victim’s name, who was demanded the victim to return home from the victim E at the same place after receiving the said C’s report of the said C 112 at the same time; and (b) took a hump, such as “Isson who is seated in the inside or going to be seated,” and “Isson who can be arrested as to whether Isson is his superior or not, or if Isson is able to be his superior, it shall be the end of the fine; and (c) “Swin wheat.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

3. At around 03:21 on July 18, 2020, the Defendant committed assault, such as spiting or spiting, etc. on the right side of the victim himself, who is demanded by J to sit in and manage the suspect at a meeting room 2 times in the Kimhae-si Police Station D District, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, who is in charge of the protection and management of the suspect.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to the protection and management of suspects.
